Proform is known for making entry level treadmills that are able to support only light users who plan to walk once in a while. The prices of their treadmills are often below $500 and the only exception are few of them. Proform 785 is one of the running machines that is supposed to be a bit more then just a clothes hanger that you will leave in a month or two.

First thing that says there is something different about this model when compared to all the other Proform models is the number of programs. There are many models that do not use any programs at all, but 785 has 16 different programs that you can use while exercising. This is a great news for everyone who get bored while using treadmill and for all those people who like a challenge. Now you will have an opportunity to surprise your muscles and body with a new set of running routines every day.

Another benefit that is related to this is that incline will adjust automatically. While you are exercising, the treadmill itself will change the incline level, according to the program you are using. This means that you can set the intensity of the workout and focus on giving the best you can. The machine will do everything else by itself.

If you want to preserve your joints and knee, Proform 675 treadmill is what should interest you.You will be able to adjust the cushioning so it will suit your comfort zone. This is something other Proform models to not have and I believe that this is worth having. For all those peopl who suffer from some sort of injury, this is a great news for sure.

I won’t go in depth with the fan that is on board, because that is already a standard with Proform fitness equipment. One more intereting thing is a iFit workout cards that have a 8 wekk workout programs that woll coach you and give you automatic speed and incline controls. This is something that you can use to change the workout routines with ease.  These program workouts cost $30 per piece, but I believe you can use them well.

Under $1000, it is surprising to see that this treadmill has ability to listen to music. I know it’s nothing special, but it is still convenient to use your own then going to the CD player or radio during the workout.

I have to say that this model is not really durable, since it won’t stand anyone who is over 230lbs. If you are even close to that, I suggest you get yourself more serious machine. That would mean that you have to invest more money, but it is what it is. Proform 785 treadmill has certain advantages but it is still a low class fitness machine.
